Stripe Connect

Hosts connect their own Stripe account. Guest payments go directly to the host's Stripe account — SwiftStay never holds or escrows guest funds. Supports automatic payout routing and Stripe's dispute handling.

Multi-provider payments

Beyond Stripe, hosts can accept payments through:

  • Mercado Pago — Primary payment method for LATAM markets
  • Razorpay — Primary payment method for India
  • PayPal — Global coverage with broad consumer adoption
  • Xendit — Primary payment method for Southeast Asia

Guests pay using the method they expect in their market. All provider API keys are encrypted at rest.

Subscription billing management

Flat monthly pricing with no per-booking commission. Subscriptions are managed through Stripe Customer Portal. Plan changes apply automatic proration. Hosts can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the admin panel.

Booking management & availability calendars

Central dashboard for all bookings across properties. Set base pricing, weekend rates, weekly discounts, and manual block dates. Calendar view shows reservations, blocked dates, and iCal-synced events. Unpaid bookings expire automatically via scheduled timeouts.

Guest communication

Send messages to guests through the platform. Guest email and contact details belong to the host — no OTA walled garden. HMAC-signed guest session cookies provide secure access to booking details and check-in information without requiring account creation.

iCal sync

Two-way iCal import and export for syncing availability across Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com. Automated sync runs every 30 minutes. Prevents double-booking by keeping calendars in lockstep across all platforms.

Encrypted credential storage (AES-256-GCM)

API keys for Razorpay, Xendit, and other payment providers are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. Credentials are never logged or exposed in API responses.

Analytics & earnings dashboard

Track booking volume, revenue, and payout history across all properties. Earnings dashboard shows gross bookings, platform payouts, and transaction-level detail. Available on the Pro plan.

Role-based access

Separate views for hosts, team members, and guests. Host admin panel provides full property and booking management. Team member roles support granular permissions. Guest views are read-only and scoped to their bookings.
